Unifier: Alert Message "No Cost Sheet in destination project." When Updating Project Cost Sheet Columns Via Update Shells

On Unifier : Version 18.3
When using a "Project Template" to push out new Cost Sheet column via Update Shells, there is an unexpected Alert message generated for nearly all Projects when the update is attempted:
"No Cost Sheet in destination project."
Inspection of the projects/shells confirms that they do actually have Project/Shell Cost Sheets.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Logged into the Unifier environment.
Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Shells > Projects > Project Template > Cost Manager > Cost Sheet > Project Cost Sheet > Open > Click "Columns" > Select Column to be updated > Update Shells > Push "Updated Column" to All Projects/Shells.
From same Update Shells page > click View History... after the Update Shells is completed and there are dozens of failures due to the Alert message noted above, but these projects all have cost sheets.
