On Unifier : Version 18.3.0.2

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New line breaks of message content are ignored in the mobile browser in both iOS and Android.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message contend newline break should be retained using the mobile browser.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using the full application (desktop/laptop) login to Unifier and navigate to the applicable work space
  2. Open one record
  3. Notice the body content containing a few lines which are separated by newline breaks
  4. Using a mobile device, Andriod and/or iOS, login to Unifier and navigate to the applicable work space
  5. Open the same record
  6. Notice the Body content is displayed in one line, newline breaks are ignored
