Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Cost Management

When trying to Inactive accounting overhead rules ,

get error message to enter a different end date, however even after compling with the error message, the error still comes up.

ERROR
-----------------------
 There are costed transactions with transaction dates falling after the posted start date 2017-06-01. Pick a date that falls after 2018-03-02

User then enters a end date of 18th march 2018, error still shows up.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage OVer head accounting ruels
2. Try to inactive the rule and create new rule for the effective start date
3. system throws an error with message, even after changing the effective end date the message still shows up

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot know what end date to provide
