Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

When attempting to create a rapid implementation template,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Microsoft Visual Basic:
"Run-time error '13':
Type mismatch"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open RapidImplementationForGeneralLedger excel sheet
2. Receive error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload chart of accounts as required per their business needs.
