Can an User with Readonly access on Account change the Primary Contact CX Cloud ? (Doc ID 2417458.1)

Goal

Is it possible to perform a setup, so that the users are able to select between two contacts which one should be primary contact in Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile (CX Cloud) ?
So if a User goes to an account, he sees which one is the primary contact, but if he wants to change to another account is that possible?
