User Unable to Login to Import CRM Tags

On : NA version, Publish

Unable to login and add CRM tags. User has the correct credentials and is able to log in to Eloqua.

"Login Failed"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into Publish
2. Admin Tab > Tags
3. Updates credentials to import campaign tags
4. Adds username and password
5. Receives error: "login failed"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use campaign tags for Publish.
