Web service connection is not found (Doc ID 2417634.1)

When trying to add a 3rd party SOAP web service from Sales Cloud, receive an error stating "The server connection is not trusted."

Trying run WSDL from host

ERROR: cannot verify’s certificate, issued by “/C=US/ST=Arizona/L=Scottsdale/, Inc./OU= Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2”:

To connect to insecurely, use ‘--no-check-certificate’.

Logs show JBO-WEB_SERVICE_NOT_FOUND: Web Service connection 'ReceiveSalesParty' is not found.
