Symptoms
An Order Release marked as Splittable. When this Order is first created only producing Order Movements, then when planning an OM the system did not
track the correct weight on the Order Movements.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mark Order release as Splittable.
2. Plan the order release to create the order movements.
3. Plan first leg from the order movement and then check the weight.
