Symptoms
A HDL Load has been performed which includes the 'username' option in the Worker.dat - eg. using lines similar to the below:

After the HDL load, the "Send Pending LDAP Requests" process has been run. However, the "Send pending LDAP Requests" process has been running for a long time. In the background the following sub processes are running: ProcessLdapRequestsChild.
The parent process ID associated with ProcessLdapRequests is at Paused. With the status 'The job request is waiting for one or more sub-requests to complete, including request x'
