Goal

When an Admin does change manager from "My Team" for one of his directs.
We update the manager field with the new manager name.
While typing the manager name, we get to see multiple details (one of that is job name).

Customer don't want users to see job name of managers.They have disabled the search (pop-up) option by modifying search dialog value from "default" to "none".
They want to disable this auto-suggest behavior so that manager job information is not displayed.
