Oracle Fusion HRMS (India)

When attempting to create a new earning element, for IN legislation the following error occurs:

ERROR

"No dimension usage exists for the dimension Core Group Tax Unit, Payroll Dynamic Period in the defined balance Basic Salary Days Worked."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to Manage elements and Create Element with LDG: IN Legislative Data Group / Effective Date: 1/1/51 /Primary Classification: Earnings / no Secondary Classification / Category: Standard;
2. Create Element: Basic Information / Element name: Basic Salary / Assignment Level;
3. Calculation Rules: Flat Amount / Subject to Proration/ Subject to Retroactive Changes;
4. Create Element: Review > Error is received
