PATCH Method Failing After OSC Upgrade (Doc ID 2418739.1)

Symptoms

In a project where OSC is used, there is a requirement to access the OSC APIs using MCS.
This has worked without issues until OSC was upgraded from 11.12.1.0 to 11.13.18.02.

After this upgrade all PATCH call APIs through MCS connector fail though all http methods are enabled at connector level.

The same calls with patch method are working from REST-Client, despite the same headers are being sent from both.

The error shown in MCS is:


Before upgrade:
URL: https://<domain>.crm.em3.oraclecloud.com:443/crmCommonApi/resources/11.12.1.0/accounts
Method: Patch
Headers: Authorization, Content-Type

After Upgrade:
URL: https://<domain>.fa.em3.oraclecloud.com:443/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.02/accounts
Method: Patch
Headers: Authorization, Content-Type
