Lead Owner Name Is Not Present In CSA

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics 

Cross subject area report is not doing inner join

In the CSA built on Primary object = Sales Lead and Child object = Relationship object, there is no Lead Owner Name field appearing in the CSA/Report. To overcome this issue customer did cross subject area
join with 'Marketing - CRM Leads' , and pull Lead Id, Lead Owner and # of Leads (fact) from OOTB SA

But this report is not doing inner join on Lead Id. For every Lead in the CSA, it is pulling all the Leads from 'Marketing - CRM Leads'

Instead of joining Lead Id to Lead Id in both SA's, it is pulling all the Leads from the OOTB SA.
Also tried pulling Lead Number from both SA's but it still doesn't do inner join
Also tried putting filter on both the SA and CSA and also filter on local dimension in CSA. Enable dimensionality option is checked.

How to make the report do inner join?

Steps to reproduce: (Required)
- Create crossSA report between CSA and 'Marketing - CRM Leads'
- Both have Lead Id
- But the report does not do inner join on Lead Id or Lead Number
