Opportunity Client Side Filters Not Working on OSC for Outlook (Doc ID 2418785.1)

Symptoms

Opportunity client filters are not working on Outlook client.

For eg:

1. Closed Date filter errors out with the below error:

The message is: 'oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException : JBO-56010: Comparision Operation ONORAFTER is invalid for ViewCriteriaItem of attribute EffectiveDate.'
Also, tested the >= and > (ONORAFTER and AFTER) for the Closed Date but getting the error:
'oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException : JBO-56010: Comparision Operation ONORAFTER is invalid for ViewCriteriaItem of attribute EffectiveDate' error is thrown

2.  All the records are synchronized regarding the Owner filters
