Symptoms

When attempting to access the Data Integration Platform Cloud (DIPC) or Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service (ODICS) server using VNC Viewer, the connection cannot be made.

PuTTy can connect, and the VNC Server has been started in the virtual machine using the 'opc' user.
