Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer implementing HR Help Desk. As a part of configuration they need to setup Milestones, including Coverages and Calendars, but they are unable to find the below tasks:
Coverages and Calendars:
1. Task: Manage Coverage Times
Navigation: Setup and Maintenance > Contracts
2. Manage Standard Coverage task
Navigation: Contract Management > Contracts > Tasks > Setup > Standard Coverages
Is this part of Contract Management ? Does the customer need to select Offering first ?
