Element Which Has A Future End Dated Element Eligibility Does Not Appear In Employee Element Entries

Element which has a future end dated element link does not appear in employee element entries
When an element has its link end dated in the future, the element is not visible in an employee element entries listing.
This means user is unable to establish whether an employee has a given element or not. The search functionality on the Element Entries page also produces no result for the element in question.
As a date-effective record, the element entry to be searchable and displayed via the UI within its effective period.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End Dating Element eligibility as of 05/04/2018
2. Assigning element to employee as of 27/03/2018
3. Viewing employee element entry after assigning element.
4. Element Entry screen does not show element in the list.
