Error Appears When Importing Clause In Terms Library

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Terms Library
Why is the following error appearing when importing a Clause in Terms Library by using Words Add in?
Steps to reproduce:
1) From Menu Contract Management > Terms Library > Create Clause
2) Complete Clause mandatory fields
3) Click on Import button and select the File
4. The following error message appears:
"The message is Unable to upload clause.."
