On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After an update/upgrade, CSAs are not available in BI and reports based on them are in error

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

CSAs should be available in BI and no errors in reports

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto to BI>New>Analysis, no CSAs available


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use CSA reports
