Customer have 4 different legal entities setup for Mexico and there is a new regulation in Mexico where HR needs to indicate how each employee contributes to each legal entity. This business need is a requirement by the country’s tax reporting organization. When HR Payroll in Mexico reports pay and taxes for each employee, they are required to indicate how employee contributes to each of the legal entities. This requirement comes from the external taxes area in the country. (similar to our IRS and state taxes authorities). How Oracle is supporting this regulation ?
