Integration (TCC) Impact on Last Modified Date and Candidate File Last Update Date in a Candidate Profile

Does TCC change the Last Modified Date of a Candidate Profile in order to trigger a Job Posting Notification with "Triggering Criteria" set to, for example: "Invite only candidates whose information has been modified during the last: (6-36 months)"
Purpose
Confirm the impact of integration changes (e.g. Taleo Connect Client - TCC) on a candidate file in regards to the Last Modified Date and Candidate File Last Update Date information.
These dates are used for example when the Job Posting Notification (JPN) configuration is set to "Invite only candidates whose information has been modified during the last: (6-36 months)".
It is also used in automated tasks when defining criteria to delete candidate files.
