 Cannot mark employee for Retry in P45 Process

To be able to mark employee for Retry in P45 Process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run P45 Process
- P45 process completes successfully
- The process does not list employees as other processes do – so cannot mark for retry or rollback individually
- Query for an employee in Person Process Results
- The P45 process does not show for the employee under Person Process Results as well.

Hence unable to Retry the P45 process for an employee.
