Symptoms
In a Career Section flow that includes screening there is error about the Screening Service section even though it is completed without apparent problem. The error is
STEPS:
1. In a Career Section with Application Flow that includes the relevant passport service, as a Candidate apply to any requisition that has the relevant passport Service configured.
2. When prompted complete the application flow's passport screening service.
3. Continue to Review and Submit page
4. Click Submit and the error occurs.
Changes
- Passport Service is being implemented for the first time in the zone.
- Service Configuration Prerequisites:
- "Validity period" Screening Service Setting set to "Defined by partner" under Configuration > Taleo Recruiting Administration > Screening Services. (reference: Doc ID 1643567.1)
- Screening Service Status is Active (reference: Doc ID 1045642.1)
