External Successor (and Sometimes Predecessor) Relationships do not Display (Doc ID 2419689.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user opens an activity in a project, the successor and/or predecessor relationships cannot be seen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Existing successors should always be visible.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to P6 Pro using CloudConnect with Cache enabled.
2. Open a project and navigate to the Activities view.
3. Attempt to view successors for an activity.
4. The reported issue is observed.
