When customer is trying to re hire an employee they are getting screen with message while submitting.
something went wrong
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person management UI -
2. Try to rehire Person number - 1051161 on 3rd July 2018
3. Fill all the required information for rehire then submit.
