Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Content Cloned From PROD To Test Is Not Accessible

Goal

The content items were cloned in the last week of April to TEST, to prepare for the upgrade R13.
All courses and offerings and contents are listed in the learn admin environment. However, the content items cannot be accessed. It provides the error "File not Found" for ALL content items that are cloned.
This results in the impossibility to view/complete any cloned offerings for the learner in the TEST instance.
