Error ADF_FACES-60097 When Manager Performs Transactions

Symptoms

We enabled Newsfeed UI and the following profiles. Login as manager and when tried to perform any action it is giving an application error.

HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED
PAY_PAYROLL_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
CMP_COMPENSATION_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
PER_DIRECTORY_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
PER_EMPLOYMENT_GUIDED_FLOWS_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
PER_MY_TEAM_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

STEPS
1. Enabled Newsfeed UI and enabled multiple profiles
2. Login as manager
3. Transfer > Employee and error is given
