Not Able To Navigate To Lead And Opportunity Screen (Doc ID 2420099.1)

Goal

After R13 upgrade, We are getting error while navigating to "Leads" screen

Lead:
While Navigating to Lead screen, we get below error message
"You cannot view or access leads because the user setup data is invalid. Contact your sales application administrator to check your user setup."


We checked the Doc ID 2103122.1 from support web and tried to run the scheduled job for "Synchronize User GUID" job. However, we are not able to execute this Scheduled task. the session gets hanged and when we re login and check, there is no task listed under Schedule jobs.

Please suggest to proceed further to create/edit Lead/opportunity in sales cloud application.
