After Batch Import Submit, Popup Remains Open and no Feedback is Provided

Goal

When using https://myservices.us2.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/faces/security.jspx , after executing a batch import, batch assign role, or oauth certificate upload, the popup remains open, and there is no feedback about the operation being done.

What is the cause of this problem?
