Return Request Webhook Is Getting Invoked Multiple Times (Doc ID 2420208.1)

Symptoms

We have noticed that the return request webhook is getting invoked multiple times. The webhook is invoked when a return is requested in OCC. The webhook is invoked again when the Return is "Received" in OCC. When the return is "Marked Complete" in OCC by the CSR agent the webhook is getting invoked again.

Due to this duplicate return requests are getting created in the order management system.
