Problem Summary
Workflow not working for the order rollup

Problem Description
No email sent from order rollup

No Errors

In SOA composite the following error can be seen (Only support can see this error).


<tns:message>JBO-FND:::FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE: <MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>The message is Failure while retrieving SDO object : EXCPETION: MORE DETAILS: Caused by: oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException: JBO-56009: Mapped name for value false not found in viewobject __ORACO__OrderRollup_c attribute __ORACO__CancelRequestFlag_c. .</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE></tns:message>

If customer has SQL access they can run attached SQL script to see if this is the issue.

No checkbox fields should NOT have a value true or false. They should be "Y" or "N".


 Root cause has been fixed.
