Goal

Know how to delete or change the wrong registered character set of local name and global name by HDL.

For example, in the case when the global name in Enterprise HCM Information is set to US at first (ie. source lang is US)
and change the global name to JA, it is possible to change global name language by HDL but impossible to change local name language
with error "You must enter a valid value for the PersonName Local row, CharSetContext field."
