Need To Edit Available Values For A Required Field In The Dispute Resolution Process

Symptoms

Trying to address and reject a dispute created by a participant in Sales Compensation. I have added a comment to the dispute.
 My next step is to click "Reject". At that point, I receive an error message saying "You must provide a value for the attribute Resolution".

  However, when I go to choose a value, there are only two available values and neither one would be correct in this situation.  How can I edit the value list for this field?
