Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.18.02.0 version, On transactions, completing an invoice is getting error:


ERROR

The first-party registration number does not exist for some tax lines


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to complete invoices

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Billing > Receivables
3. Create a transaction
4. Complete the transaction and observed the error described appears
