Configured Fields Not Appearing On Potential Change Orders (PCOs) When Configured to Show on a Report. (Doc ID 2420933.1)

Configured Fields for PCOs are not outputting data to reporting. Created multiple text Configured Fields for the PCO object. Populate these Fields with data. On all Reports, those Fields appear as blank.

For the PCO Report to show the Configured Fields as desired.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Text Configured Fields for a PCO object.
2. Update those Fields with data.
3. Configure a PCO Report with those Fields and they appear as blank on the Report.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use PCO Reports as desired.
