Symptoms

Navigation : Set Preferences > Sales Preferences - Save/Close

When navigate to User on the right hand side click on the name and then Set Preferences - Sales Preferences.

Do some changes in this page, and when click on Save or Close buttons, control does not navigate anywhere else in the system and the pages done reload.
