Symptoms

Opportunity Update Event is not triggering the integration

Changes

 1. Create one integration in ICS to subscribe to Opportunity Create event and one integration to subscribe to Opportunity Update event

 2. Notice the Opportunity Create event is generated so integration is working as expected

 3. The Opportunity Update event is not generated in FA instance so the integration is not triggered
