Primavera Gateway Synchronizations Are Missing from the Exchange Data Menu in P6 (Doc ID 2421355.1)

When trying to run a Primavera Gateway synchronization from Primavera P6, the synchronizations are missing from the Exchange Data menu in the Activities view.


  1. Login to P6
  2. Go to Administration -> Application Settings -> Gateway and make sure there are synchronizations defined under the Actions section
  3. Open a Project
  4. Go to the Activities View
  5. Click on Actions -> Exchange Data and see that the synchronizations that were defined in the Gateway settings are missing. e.g. if the action 'Send to Primavera Unifier' was defined in the Gateway settings, 'Send to Primavera Unifier' was missing when clicking on Exchange Data
