Custom Properties in Webhook Response are Not being Saved for Order (Doc ID 2421595.1)

Symptoms

The customer created a Generic Payment Gateway, which returns success but it is unable to finalize some orders.

In this case, the webhook returns custom properties from the payment provider as an additionalProperties object in the response but the data is not being saved for the order.

Extending Oracle Commerce Cloud > Create a Generic Payment Gateway Integration > Send custom properties to a payment gateway > Return custom properties in the webhook response
