To be able to retrieve External Bank Accounts values on report on OTBI after loading with PBL

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Load the External Bank Accounts using PBL

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Some records of the employees that we load in HDL does not matched in the UI and some Addresses did not load.
