Symptoms


On Dom0, Customer not able to deploy any new VM guest on the environment.

Errors in the /var/log/messages filled with below:


BROADCOM[289616]: ERROR       SemCreate() semget() failed! No space left on device
BROADCOM[289616]: ERROR       ngBmapiInitialize() LockCreate() failed!
BROADCOM[289616]: ERROR       ngBmapiInitialize() LockCreate() failed!
BROADCOM[289709]: ERROR       SemCreate() semget() failed! No space left on device
BROADCOM[289709]: ERROR       ngBmapiInitialize() LockCreate() failed!
BROADCOM[289709]: ERROR       ngBmapiInitialize() LockCreate() failed!
