Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When attempting to Calculate Payroll, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
- Error messages:
- Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 77068.
- An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME.(ETNAME=KR-Sick Earnings Calculator).
- An error occurred when processing formula KR-SICK_EARN_DISTRIBUTION.
- An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=)(FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula US_GET_JURISDICTION, line 151, too many rows returned. (3=PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE))
- Formula US_GET_JURISDICTION, line 151, too many rows returned. (3=PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------
 - The expectation is for the payroll process to be completed successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee updates address 4 times.
2. Calculate Payroll
3. Payroll fails with the above error messages.
