When attempting to press "Manage Approvals" for a Requisition that has Requested Department
populated, an error occurs.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create Requisition.
2. Assign a Requested Department value.
3. Click on Manage approval button to view the approval hierarchy
4. Error Presented.
