Symptoms

While trying to import projects through FBDI, the following errors are being encountered:

1. The project was not imported because import errors exist for the project team members.
2. You can access this project only in the Project Financial Management work area as no project manager is specified.
3. The resource cannot be created because it is not associated with a valid person ID.

For migrated project getting warning message as "You can access this project only in the Project Financial Management work area as no project manager is specified."
