PRC:SSP: R13 Requisition Approval Notification is Not using New BI template Still Sending old ADF notification (R12) (Doc ID 2422357.1)

Symptoms

 

Actual Behavior:

Recently upgraded to Release 13 and trying to use a new Feature introduced to us BI template for Requisition Approval Notifications,
completed Configuration but still it sends old notification (ADF format as in Release 12)

 

Expected Behavior:

Expect the application sends new Email notification format which uses BI template.

 

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Fusion Applications.

2. Enable the new Feature to use BI template for Requisition Approvals.

3. Create a new Requisition.

4. Submit for approval.

5. Approver Receives a notification in old Release 12 Format..
