Symptoms
In the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) applications, after the user experiences a password reset activity (for example, this could be a system email informing them to change the password or they may have entered the incorrect password enough times that they then require a password reset) gets a new password, the following message is received when they attempt to login with the new password: "User does not exist or user is locked".
