In the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) applications, the user experiences a password reset activity; this could be a system email informing them to change the password or they may have entered the incorrect password enough times that they then require a password reset. After getting the new password and attempting to login, the following message is received "User does not exist or user is locked".
