Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud:Unresponsive Page Message When Editing Existing Content In The Catalog (Doc ID 2422436.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Learning Specialist

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After content is uploaded, users have to go back in and update the start date, end dates, etc. After completing these tasks, the system does not allow the user to use the Save or Save and Close function.

Behavior: In IE it spins, in Chrome you get error message - if you click retry, the behavior repeats. If you continue it will freeze in both browsers and you have to use Task Manager to exit.

Logged out and cleared browser cache for both IE and Chrome, this did not help.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The changes to get saved and the page to remain responsive

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Catalog
2. Select existing content and edit
3. Make necessary changes but not able to save as the page becomes unresponsive
