SCCL Not Consistently Rendered On Single Page Application (Doc ID 2422444.1)

On : NA version, Rules Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SCCL Not Consistently Rendered On Single Page Application

Initially , the SCCL is rendered on a page where the rule returns TRUE. When the user navigates to a page where the rule is triggered but the SCCL must not display, a FALSE ACTION (hide the elementID of the SCCL) is performed. When the user navigates to another page where the rule returns TRUE, the SCCL is not offered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SCCL is rendered on pages where the rule returns TRUE. Note: Rule is setup not to check for agent availability.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
How to repro:
1.go to https://sit.feoproject.net/store/
2. login using credentials provided
3. select Product = 'strollers'
4. the SCCL (blue bubble on the lower right of the page) displays
- EE Inspector Tool shows Rule = BBBaby - Sliding Reactive Chat returns TRUE, Events tab shows eeOffered '3946652' (this is the SCCL widgetID)
- _vsq shows ==> _vsLastSuccessfulEvent:{name: "OFFER", value: undefined}
- browser Console shows sccl_3946652 is on the current page
5. select another Product from the dropdown -- 'Furniture'
- Rules are returned on this page, however, the SCCL is not displayed based on the Rule condition (Page URL matches any of these ‘stroller|car-seat|Stroller|Car-Seat|32592|32571’)
- Rule = BBBaby - Sliding Reactive Chat returns FALSE; The False Action HIDES the elementID where the SCCL is.
6. select another Product from the dropdown -- 'Car Seats'
- Rules are returned on this page
- Rule = "BBBaby - Sliding Reactive Chat" returns TRUE, but the SCCL is not displayed
- _vsq shows ==> _vsLastSuccessfulEvent:{name: "PAGE_LOAD", value: undefined} ==> not OFFER
- EE Inspector Tool shows no event was received from RNOW
