Unable to Edit Information in Personal Details Because the Edit Button In My Details is Covered

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Edit button in My Details is covered by the Related Links menu. This prevents employees from being able to click Edit to update their Personal Information.
1. Navigate to Personal Information --> My Details --> Click on Edit
2. Not able to click Edit button.
Note : Check this issue is all 3 browsers(IE,Firefox ,Crome). The same issue
