Ability to see burden schedule details on creation instead of using naming convention.
Currently, the only way for a user to understand what burden schedule they are selecting at the time of award setup is by creating a naming convention that allows for identification of the Rate and Base combination. This creates a long and unwieldy list of schedule names to choose from that still makes varying degrees of sense without the proper contextual knowledge. The burden schedule details (rate and base at least) should be exposed somewhere when creating an award so that the user knows what makes up the schedule they are selecting.
